A space for healing, growth, and connection

We understand that seeking therapy takes immense courage. Because of that, we have intentionally built a practice culture rooted in safety, inclusivity, and warmth.

How it Works

We approach therapy through a trauma-informed, holistic lens.

Radical Empathy

We meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or assumption.

Collaborative Care

We don’t believe in "fixing" you. We work with you, honoring your lived experience as the foundation of our work together.

Clinical Excellence

Your clinician is a lifelong learner who continuously trains in modern, effective, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Hi! I’m Dr. Kaleigh Hyland

I became a therapist because I believe in the transformative power of being truly seen and heard. In our sessions, my goal is to create a soft place for you to land, mixed with the practical tools and gentle accountability you need to move forward.

Because I treat all clients as people first, I think you should know a little more about me as a person, too. I’m a wife, mom (to both four-legged and two-legged boys), and college basketball enthusiast. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time at the beach, reading historical fiction, or hanging out with my family.

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, holistic lens. This means we won't just look at the thoughts causing you stress today; we will look at how your nervous system, your history, and your environment impact how you feel. I bring a blend of warmth, deep listening, and a touch of humor to our work, ensuring that therapy feels like a human conversation rather than a clinical examination.

My Favorite Quote

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”

— E.E. Cummings
